Michelle,

I would guess Oracle is not considered a pure "business management software-maker" like SAP, or PSFT.

Based on that, I think the Chronicle was accurate enough in calling PSFT the second largest.

What do you think?

I agree they could use better tech business writers, but if compared to the other dailies in the area, I think they come up on top...
