Yes..with all the attention directed at people who hype for a stock to go up (pumping) many fail to see that there is just as big a group of hypsters who shower negative thoughts/articles/comments in hopes that a stock will go down because they are short. IMO...more investigation should go into shorters! This from the stock detective site: " President and CEO Gary Schulteis explained the move: "There was no liquidity. If people didn't like it at $3, maybe at three cents people would be interested." Maybe, maybe not. Schulteis added that he thought there might be a big short position in the stock and he hoped the split would flush them out."
