I wouldn't know. The latest report that I found was in December. I did notice that Woody Norris holds warrants out until 2003. I really don't think that warrants are going to be the problem that they once were. Robert Putnam told me that a few years ago warrants were issued for dollar amounts, and allowed their holders a 20% discount. In other words, the price would go to .08 and then warrants would be executed at .064. They could score 20% any time there was volume, no matter what the stock price was, because they were not locked into a specific number of shares. If there was volume at seven cents they executed at .056. It was 20% on their money no matter what. It was like paying tribute to a don.

This was a problem that Mr. Falk inherited. During this past summer these warrants were renegotiated. The new terms set the price per share at .0875 and disallowed any discount.

This may be the reason that the price has been able to establish new levels.

I gotta hit the sack!

Have a nice weekend,
Kerry

Isn't warrant conversion going to increase outstanding shares? Why is that going to increase the price? I can see how it would increase the volume.
