I remember last year (or maybe the year before)when all those class action lawsuits were filed against IFMX for what I considered to be a gross misstatement of revenues due to channel stuffing. I was a shareholder at the time (much to my dismay)and that was something I got really upset about because I felt it appeared to be done with the intent to deceive. My point on this one is simply that I don't believe PSFT acted in a negligent or fraudulent manner. Doesn't necessarily mean they won' thave to do some restating but I would hope if they do, it's not significant.
