Stephen,
Have a look at Minorco's web site. They are developing the Lisheen deposit( 18 million tonnes of 13%ZN, 2%Pb, 2 0z Ag).
I have had a recent discussion with an individual who works for a major. I was told they won't look at anything under 10 million tonnes at 15% Combined Zn-Pb with silver credits, and that they are more comfortable at 20% combined. Another way to look at this is: threshold for underground mine of 10 million tonnes with a net smelter value of $US100.00 per tonne. This is somewhat easier to achieve if there is a copper component to the ore, as it is more valuable. There are alot of drill defined resources out there that will sit on the shelf for a long long time.
regards,
teevee

Hello Stephen, good to see you have started the Zink thread.
I have had zink interests in the past and have interest now in a zink project that is not yet on the market when it comes on/ if it comes
on the market I will let you know.
It will be located in the Cranbrook area of BC.
Heard a few weeks ago that the Sullivan mine in Kimberly may not have a lot of life left anyone know??
Take care
Lorne
