Citizen Carl was also given the opportunity on this thread several times to deny the fact that he has a criminal record and of course he elected not to do do so!!

PS: WHEN CITIZEN CARL CALLED ME FROM THE E-MAIL THAT I SENT TO JOHNNY HE STATED HE AND HIS ASOCIATES OWN MORE THAN 50 MILLION SHARES AND THAT PRWT WOULD BE TRADING AT 50 CENTS PER SHARE NO LATER THAN, 12/31/98!

TELL, ME IF THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SMELL LIKE A SCAM?
