besides the two additions and amemdments to the laws covering shareholder lawsuits, make it pretty difificult for these lawsuits to proceed without serious fraud. i don't know psft well enough to rule that ou but my guess is that these are techincal disputes (sec) over how to account for IPR&D, good will etc. and a far cry from Cendant which bought a bunch of bricks with its acquisitions.
