Dave, Jay... perhpas in the e-commerce space, the cost of brick and mortar infrastructure to the merchandiser will be displaced, or substitued, by that of broadband delivery infrastructure. That's one way of looking at it that would rationalize the free delivery of broadband access over time. It would could an easy means for the merchant to personally walk you over to the shopping aisle of their choice, whereas they may have never had the opportunity, otherwise, to meet you in the first place. In other words, the cost of your access to broadband may be obviated by the cost of the merchandiser to access you. Think about it. Regards, Frank C.
