Assorted posts:

CNBC Coverage!!! Martha McCullum and Sue Herra just
spoke about Perfumania's plans to open a website on
Monday for about a minute!!! They showed a chart of
PRFM and spoke about the management changes. Yes! I
think we'll have more mentions on CNBC on Monday!

"Thanks CNBC. If they're already talking about the big
opening now, just think what Monday will bring. If there's
one cardinal rule of investing in this crazy market, it is
'Do Not Fight CNBC'."

"For those who didnt see it, the CNBC piece on PRFM was
excellent! talked about the new web business, doing
business on internet rather than thru stores, monday's
news coming, the valentine's day tie-in, etc, etc, and no
mention of the cfo/coo resignation.
Both commentators were female, and their comments to
each other at the end of the 45 seconds or so were very
positive, interested, and complimentary of conducting
this business on the web."

"CNBC says: 'You can get your Chanel online in time for
Valentine's Day.' Let the hype begin and the champaigne
flow. 3 dollars to 12 dollars in less than a month. . .
According to the PR and CNBC. . . 'Perfumania selling
perfume on the net to turn the company around.'"

"With CNBC showing it's favorable inclination towards
promoting PRFM - we should do QUITE well next week -
in fact we may do VERY well - all in all these angry
shorts may be the best thing that could happen to the
stock next week..."

"NO WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT CNBC ENDORSING OUR COMPANY AND NEW INTERNET
BUSINESS STRATEGY --- MORE TO COME --"

"Plus the women reporters on CNBC will be cracking cute
jokes about how "nice" an idea PRFM is (probably hinting
to guys), how they have been waiting for something like
this... just like last night at 6:30 PM on CNBC, when they
were giggling about it like schoolgirls..."

"The most bullish thing is right now we know CNBC
KNOWS about PRFM... they already mentioned it last
night, so it's on their radar screens for Monday...
that is a very good thing."

"'Right now we know that CNBC knows about Perfumania'
- that in a nut shell closes the door on the shorts.
Turn out the lights - they are a bunch of corpses now."

"It wouldn't surprise me. I don't think they did as much
'investigating' as they should have, LOL. Who shorts a
stock that is about to have its PR firm go ballistic come
Monday, and nationally at that. I am also hearing rumors
of a CNBC appearance/interview. Next week will be
interesting."

"...today's news WAS well timed. And that is
why PRFM spent the big bucks and went to a major Wall
Street PR firm. Let's hope for some consolidation here
and some time before the rest of the world, CNBC, etc
finds out what we have going on here."

"I can just imagine Joe Kernan on CNBC Monday morning
'Perfumania, the sweet smell of success'
and we are off to the races!"

"Thinks about the possibilities with only 1.9 million
float and a full CNBC audience ready to pounce on stocks
that receive positive publicity. If the PR on Monday is
nearly as impressive as the PR in the last month, we will
definitely see a spike.
For those shorters out there, do you think the CNBC
crowd is going to look at the Friday CFO story before
they purchase? Unlikely. They will probably check out the
first few lines of the Web Site press release and then
jump on board trying to get the best possible price.
Based on today's coverage, it is very likely they will
continue coverage on Monday when Perfumania is in the
spotlight."

Francois; on WCAP; last quarter they posted loss of (.53) vs. (.12).
This is why P/E is so low: 6.1; last 7.50 + .125 on 56k shares.

Let's wait until next earnings release to see if the trend changes;
