From: +Spider Valdez Saturday, Jan 16 1999 9:26AM ET Reply # of 17664 nothing brings me greater joy tonto guy then seeing you & this fbna penny stock basher face justice in a court of law. now you will be given that chance pauly! you will be able to expound upon your "reports" to the "agencies" & your relationship with your broker who assists you in manipulating stocks. now you will bless the court room guy with your amazing diligence & knock every one out of there seats! you will be served , as will janice (through the u.s. embassy), ulrich, mitchell & a host of others in a defamation/slander & libel suit. janice & jeffrey can amaze the attorneys with there 'professional research' while 'technical guy' ulrich "scans & procures" all your great documents supporting your cyber smear campaign of aznt. this will be my last post since i have provided information to the fbi investigation you penny stock bashers pathetically tryed to influence yesterday, i have provided the sec with over 500 pages of materials & have provided info to the aznt legal team. because of this there is very good chance my testimony will be used in court. now that we have WON & the default judgements were signed off by judge george , the stock cancelled & the freeze soon to be lifted there is no more reason to do battle with these fbna penny stock bashers. though these penny stock bashers were able to defend & promote andy mann here on si, there lawyers could not find anyway to defend his actions in a court of law. i only hope all small investors who use si understand the magnitude of what has happened here. this group attempted to hurt, halt & crush aznt on behalf of those who stold stock from the company & illegally shorted it. now these penny stock bashers are being served themselfs for the defamation & libel of aznt, its officers & its shareholders in there failed cyber smear campaign. to all the shareholders i say CONGRATULATIONS!! we have won this battle. jboxford, myerson & others may not survive what is about to happen but we, as shareholders, can now be proud to have exposed this fbna penny stock basher group for what they are. now the court will determine itself the extent of there damage to our investment , to the company & to us. i urge all shareholders to cease from posting as , like before, every post goes to the aznt legal team. congratulations my friends! we can all be very proud of what we as a group have accomplished & hopefully the hold groups such as this have on the otc has been lessened! Sounds good to me. I have been salting shares away since the first of the month. I have this feeling that we are going to see this same action in stock price as we saw with ARET,PLRP, INNI,TNRG this week. As you can see, Trading 60,000,000 shares in a day is no problem. The time spent waiting may very well be a god sent. This time also allows small investors time to review the information do research and make their investment decisions. John has a plan, But I sure wish I knew what it was! I have a good idea but right now it's only a strong speculation. If it's what I think it is? Lord! A team of wild horses could not hold it back. I'm looking at the large amount of shares that this company has and was just thinking of how many ways John could you them to the companies advantage? Time is ticking and deals are closing. Hope to see you at the top.
