1. I don't think there will be an IPO. If you're in only because of this, you might be disappointed. This is all BS from Yahoo. This is a long distance company. Why would it spin off part of its core business, which promises to be so profitable in the nearest future. 2. I ran this search through Telescan: search.tscn.com For those of you who do not have access to this site, I'll explain. I was searching for the companies with the following parameters: Internet sector Price/Book as Low as Possible Price/Cash Flow as Low as Possible Price/Sales as Low as Possible Growth Rate as High as Possible Guess what: IDTC came out as a top pick. I don't care about IPO. This company is good by itself. Its a screaming buy.
