Actually, it appears from evidence gathered
by Ken Starr, that the Democrats did indeed
believe, that Nixon could be indicted on
criminal charges during Watergate. This is
late breaking news. However, I hope that we
just don't go there. So far, I think that
Ken Starr's OIC has not harmed the Presidency
but moving toward that direction, would weaken
the power of the Oval Office. We are a strong
Republic, and should remain that way.

I think it is more likely than not, that Clinton is already criminally indicted, under seal. Should be a nice bon voyage gift when he vacates the WH in 2001.
