Bill, I checked the Nevada database, and was wondering why two different records showed up for Amazon Natural Treasures Inc. Here are the two entries that I found. First Entry Name: AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES, INC. Type: Corporation File Number: 10773-1995 State: NEVADA Incorporated On: June 27, 1995 Status: Revoked Corp Type: Regular This corporation is not in good standing. Resident Agent: ROBERT S. QUALEY (Accepted) Address: 4386 SOUTH EASTERN AVE. LAS VEGAS NV 89119 President: MICHAEL A. SYLVER Address: 4011 W. OQUENDO #C LAS VEGAS NV 89118 Secretary: ROBERT S. QUALEY Address: 4386 S. EASTERN AVE. LAS VEGAS NV 89119 Treasurer: ROBERT S. QUALEY Address: 4386 S. EASTERN AVE. LAS VEGAS NV 89119 Second Entry Name: AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES, INC. Type: Corporation File Number: 26374-1996 State: NEVADA Incorporated On: December 23, 1996 Status: Default Corp Type: Regular This corporation is not in good standing. Resident Agent: ROBERT S. QUALEY (Accepted) Address: 4386 SOUTH EASTERN AVE. LAS VEGAS NV 89119 President: MICHAEL A. SYLVER Address: 4011 W. OQUENDO #C LAS VEGAS NV 89118 Secretary: ROBERT S. QUALEY Address: 4386 S. EASTERN AVE. LAS VEGAS NV 89119 Treasurer: ROBERT S. QUALEY Address: 4386 S. EASTERN AVE. LAS VEGAS NV 89119 Also, FYI, a couple of months ago, I checked with the Nevada Secretary of State when I saw this "Default" code applied to another company (i.e., not AZNT). The response I received was "This corporation is not in good standing because their filing requirements are not up to date." I don't know if this is the only reason why a corporation would have a status "default", but it is one reason. Bill, or anyone, what is the significance and impact of having your status being "Default"? How does this differ from "Revoked" or "Permanently Revoked"? Regards, John Sladek
