AZNT in "Default"? Do you think maybe they didn't pay their taxes or something? Perhaps they didn't file on time? Perhaps AZNT sued first? Ooops, sorry, can't use that excuse here (gg).

Should be interesting to hear Spidey explain this one!

Also, FYI, a couple of months ago, I checked with the Nevada Secretary of State when I saw this "Default" code applied to another company (i.e., not AZNT). The response I received was "This corporation is not in good standing because their filing requirements are not up to date." I don't know if this is the only reason why a corporation would have a status "default", but it is one reason.

Bill, or anyone, what is the significance and impact of having your status being "Default"? How does this differ from "Revoked" or "Permanently Revoked"?

Very interesting indeed. This must be a very recent development: I checked the Nevada incorporation records for registrations to Mike Sylver only about a week ago, and at that time AZNT was still in good standing.

Can anyone tell us what the implications of the default are for what Spidey always call's "AZNT's ability to do business"?
