Rudedog, is Intels Merced still still seen as a threat to Alpha in the future or will Alpha form a strong market hold before Merced release?

Victor, I'm still looking for short interest numbers and ratio. Updated numbers will be out soon. We'll have to wait and see.

So does that mean that CPQ can build boxes with that bus and chip set, use either AMD or Alpha processors and use Win NT to basically do the same applications at two rates of speed, rather than be able to use Win 95/98?
