The following is an email a friend forwarded to me. I think it explains what's going on. Also another poster (I think it is E97) on AOL said a while back WBR told him that all the market is a go expect that CNBC is still reviewing the program. I think he means the Howard's WBR interview schedule posted on plfm website is still good for all the TV stations except that CNBC schedule has to be decided late. Here is part of the email I received:

"Currently, CNBC is in hiatus with World Business Review. We expect
that our regularly scheduled series of programs will be back on the
air in early February, but I cannot make any guarantees.
We appreciate your interest and loyalty and hope that you and many
viewers like you won't have to wait too much longer for Caspar
Weinberger's World Business Review to return to the Sunday afternoon
slot on CNBC."
