The issue is that it is not defense so much as what you cite, slotman. It is just not what you think it is. The threats are there to sue lots of people for "liable" as the AZNT letter to shareholders calls it. But many of the facts there are in litigation already in a number of cases. You would do well to bring up a citation of something more clear cut, that can make the point you wish. As it stands the AZNT situation is far more complex than you would have visit this thread. Even more complicated than PRWT, if you can believe that.
