Somebody the other night was talking internet stocks and how high they were, then said something to the effect that there are other ways to play the internet craze. Buy Cisco, Microsoft, mentioned a couple others, and AMAT! Now that's scary, would that make AMAT a third derivative to the internet, or something, in math talk? Let's see:

AOL gets you on line.
Cisco relays and routes your messages.
Microsoft does the software in your PC.
Intel chips execute the software.
AMAT equipment builds the chips.

Fourth derivative?

Getting too analytical for my own good. No complaints, just take it.
