JHP:

Just curious. You sure to seem spend a lot of time and energy vehmently attacking FTEL and anyone that disagrees with you.

IMO, you have very little chance to change the minds of FTEL investors or gain any sense of respect from the FTEL board.

Sure seems there is an ulterior motive, shorting, personal vendetta against the company or maybe You just don't like anybody.

Please fill me in.

Thank You,

Jim

u r a crummy basher and big fool.
if u read USAT's press releases, u
will see that they recieved 8 million
in financing. FTEL already has the 2.5
million dollars in the bank. verified
by the company. "your opinion" -- prefixing
your statements with that phrase doesnt
preclude you from libel...especially with
easily verifiable facts. u r on thin ice
little boy.

so, LITTLE BOY, go back to your pathetic
little world. its funny how COWARDS LIKE YOU only
appear when there is some controversy.

<<Hopefully the SEC has ftel next on it's hit parade. . .>>

I wonder if the management is concerned about that. After all, with FTEL's past, will that make them a more likely target of a SEC probe? The SEC has scarce resources. I suspect you've got to be pretty bad for them to DOCUMENT what is going on.

Previously sued by ATT . . .
Franks timely sales (around $ 10). . .
The failed Intrine order . . .
The recent bad news with USAT. . .

What next?

JHP: I want you to know that I have sent your words to Franklin Telecommunications. I'm sure that they will be interested in holding you accountable for such accusations. Frank Peters, President of Franklin Telecom has gone on record saying: "We will prosecute, to the full extent of the law, anybody attempting to injure our company through slander, libel or manipulation of the market in such a way as to prevent the free and natural trading of our stock-especially when this might result in damage to our shareholders."

I talked to Mr. Peters face to face last week on this very issue and you should be warned, he's not kidding. The courts are beginning to hold people like you accountable for what you say. And don't think that the so called anonymity of JHP is any protection. They have ways to know everything they need to know about you. SI's policy on personal privacy won't mean squat.
