You wrote..."The poor do not invest in stocks like DGIV..." Wrong!! I have conversed privately for well over two years with other traders/investors on SI that do not have lots of money who are hoping that low price stocks like DGIV and others can make them a killing!! People understand it might be quicker to make money by buying 10,000 shares of DGIV as opposed to 100 shares of SUNW or the like. It has been widely known that penny stocks are played by rich and poor alike for the possibility of making that "get rich" feeling.
