I trade both but most of my trades are NASDAQ. Since it is a position trade I don't worry as much about who's sitting on the bid or ask. My trades are based on TA and I always have an expected return I hope to achieve, either percentage or dollar amount. When it hits those targets I re-evaluate based on more TA, such as is it peaking as far as stochastics or RSI, penetrating through upper Bollinger band, etc. on a long postion and the opposite for a short (cover).
