...the 1986 tax plan removed a large number of people in the lower economic rung from having to pay taxes. So says who? Limbaugh? Well, abandon Limbot and catch up with the rest of the world! Because the rest of the world knows that the aforementioned 1986 Reagan tax plan provided little more than illusory "reliefs" for the poor -- illusory because the "reliefs" were more than "compensated for" by an increased payroll tax levied on every dollar starting from the bottom dollar.
