Goodness, no! If it occurs at 66 mhz, it's probably nothing
to do with the processor or memory. Maybe the ATI card is having an
argument with the AGP (this is AGP, right?). It's clearly
not at all like my daughter's problem. Es ist etwas
anderes <G>. Let me be the first to admit (since its
obvious anyhow) that I'm out of my depth.

Having said that, a shot in the dark: Possibly power off and on
to reboot will reset something. Or maybe swap out the ATI card.

BTW, there's a power toy which allows many video settings
to be changed without a reboot. NT is better at this than
95 incidentally (don't know about 98). One of the few
user interface plusses for NT.
