Check this out. Perfumania's market cap is only $66 million with annual sales of $180 million. Internet stocks support much higher market cap valuations than their annual sales. When Perfumania changed its business model to support Internet selling, they reset the target valuation they could support.

Even if they are to have only a valuation equal to their sales, then they will support a market cap valuation of $180 million and a share price of $180/6 million shares = $30/share. They could easily move higher than this price due to the low float and the visibility they are receiving now.

Fasten the seat belts. Fragrance rockets have ignited and are waiting for lift off!
