I missed the PRIA conference call. Any signs that 1-2 of those fabs actually *will* be 300mm? I'm skeptical, primarily because there isn't a full set of 300mm tools available, even at the alpha stage.

Questions for anyone who knows:

How does the move to 12 inch fabs effect Cymer? It isn't immediately clear to me that it is much impact. Certainly steppers, etchers, CVD, ... all become much more expensive, but I could imagine it just takes a few new lenses from the stepper companies to use an existing Cymer product?
