Curlton,

I hope you're right. But aren't you forgetting that someone
can eventually build a better "mousetrap" during the next
decade, which might make Cymer's technology obsolete. After
all, one definition of "technology" is rapid and unpredictable
change, and no industry is immune from that.

By EUV, do you mean 193 nm (in which case CYMI is at best in a dead heat with Lambda Physik), or 13 nm (in which case everything changes, since you have a completely different source technology)?
