what the hell is that for weeks we have discuss for $5 now this:

(4) For initial inclusion, common or preferred stock shall have a minimum bid price of $4 per share. For continued inclusion, the minimum bid price per share shall be $1.

OK, here's what I can dig up. If you go to the link just below, you will see sumary information related to NASDAQ requirements

Once there, select Listing Standards. Now, in the table it says $5.00. But, notice the date on the top left hand corner. August 25, 1997.

Now, I checked on the link for rule 4310. It is dated May, 1998. So, therefore, unless it can be shown otherwise, the price as statedon the NASDAQ website is $4! Great news!
