Is there a required minimum time over the $4 or $5 US bid? Can't find any. I was damn sure I read somewhere minimum 30 days, but I can't find where. Maybe there is no time requirement.

I was told by Paul Godin last November that the minimum required by the regular Nasdaq is: $5.00 US or more for a minimum of 30 business days. They take the average price during these 30 business days
