The NASDAQ is making some common sense when the say an AVERAGE price of Cdn$7.50/sh, a key, key point.!! One day BID.COM could be Cdn$8.00/sh. and the next day close at Cdn$7.00/sh. and we would be still on schedule for the NASDAQ.!!!

No offence Otto, but you also told us that BII was going down to $3.50, didn't you.

The NASDAQ rules are very specific. 4310 states $4 per share. Now, the table at the beginning of the section states $5 per share. Which one is it, that's the question. The only thing I can tell you is that if you look at the dates of the files themselves, the 4310 file is most recent.
