Jeffrey, the Nextech lawsuit is virtually on the sidelines now. AZNT has been ordered to issue a new certificate for 224,000 free-trading shares. Guess that's gonna screw up the immaculate (and strictly in-your-dreams) 700K float, eh? So what's the meaning of your remark? Once again, please explain.

antibash guy, do not fall for the shill games. hearing is tommorow. i suggest you let legal system render its decision. to date aznt has gotten, r.o., injunction & defaults were entered against andy mann. now we wait for injunctive relief to lift freeze. ask yourself why this group is so concerned about this. national is only important in reference to the relationship it has with firm charlie has his account with in canada. this is why tiefer wants those 224k shares so badly & why him & charlie ended up in court over it. is charlie still short in canada? lolol ! this stock was rejected @ the ta & caused the problems aznt has had with 2 ta's. the restrictions have not been met. if the stock was transfered to the co., who is self transfer, it would no doubt be procured. when teifer sued charlie he moved it to nevada & got court order to get 224k shares free trading stock from aznt. aznt now is demonstrating to the court it is restricted stock & charlie violated the restrictions. it is matter for the court. but, again, it is good way for penny stock bashers to confuse shareholders & potential investors by suggesting dribble about natc, etc.. let them play antibash. we will see what court decides tommorow. spider
