Toby: you've got my word on it. And, yes, I fully agree with your investment strategy. For those who have been around on pennies, it's the way to trade/invest in this crazy market.

so even if Ned is right and CMOZ goes to zero, I stay in the black

Yeah, but what about the guy who bought that stock from you without the benefit of full disclosure?

I don't have a vendetta against Leroy. I honestly wish him well, but what I cannot understand is why he is so eager to avoid confronting this company's sordid history. He bristles when I ask such intrusive questions as:

How much money does the company have?

Who are the directors?

If he's followed this company as long as he says he has he should know the answers. If not, he has remarkable access to the management of the company and could very easily get answers, but doesn't.

He ignores these questions. Why?

Because he wants to keep others in the dark.

Then, to complete the effort, he attacks my motives in an effort to discredit me. Then, when I effectively counter his allegations, he goes bezerk and threatens to report me to SI staff and have me "kicked off SI."

Its like the X-Files -- he's cancer man, and I'm Mulder and Scully.

The Truth Is Out There
