Merrill had liked SDC, TDW, HAL,RON and RIG among others. They recently upgraded PGO long term and started VTS at long term buy as well. I still see RON and RIG testing 20 and PGO 12... If VTS prints below 11.81 tomorrow, I'll throw out my wave count and rethink it. Maybe I'll have to become a long term investor, although with VTS' cash and low debt, one can sleep like a baby. My software is telling me 10ish but I don't want to believe it just yet.---maybe Merrill changed oil E&P analyst and not the osx guy?
