140Million DSL lines installed ..... Uh, yeah...Right.

I think the case is closed. BTW: US West has, by far, the largest installed base of DSL customers. Do your homework. I refuse to do it for you.

BTW: Please don't refer me to the Ryan Hankin Kent report as a basis for lines installed. I know they are the one that mention ALA as the market leader for DSLAM shipments. Two problems. Most of these shipments aren't revenue producing... Heck, I think Microsoft has 4 on their campus alone. So, RHK calls up ALA and believes what they tell them...no research. Second, RHK clearly don't have a clue. They believe that the market for VoIP will be between $28M and 202M by 2002. Talk about losing credibility. Gee, I'll bet everything I own that VoIP sales exceed $202M this year. Anyone?
