Interesting shift of strength: ACTN to RACN.. One of my favorite stocks is in the midst of a well-deserved retreat ACTN. Seems to have handed the 'reigns' for the time being to the second in command: RACN is starting to look very attractive.

MACR-So frustrating. I just can't understand this stock selling off like this. Everything looks so positive for this company. Reports better than expected earnings and no one wants it anymore. It makes no sense to me. I am sure it will return, but this is so frustrating. There is no point in taking a loss on it in my opinion. I will hold.

With CREE, there at least was a reason, the secondary offering, which I really think should be a positive thing. To me a secondary offering means expansion and potential to make more money. It is a better way than using debt. It may dilute the EPS but only because there are more shares. It doesn't mean they will make any less earnings overall.

I'm beginning to think it happens just because I bought it and therefore put my curse on it.

Jenna, I tried to subscribe to www.net-earnings.com excel-format earnings dates (after hearing about it here first) and what a comedy of errors ! I just hope Buddy Meth hasn't quit his day job yet. If he can't take a credit card subscription in 8 days, 11 emails, and 3 phone calls, I can't believe he'll be on top of all the correct earnings dates.

I've been playing the IBD ~76 EPS turnaround stocks (negative earnings in the last 4 quarters at some point) and discovered that many of them have investor info. at their websites with their name or symbol after the www.

I just wish there was somebody supplying reliable updates on high growth stocks. Once someone does, everybody on the net will have to have it.
