Mark, if you want any liquidity, you must be joking. Why anyone would now want to put money into a co with the track record of SHMN, is beyond me - especially now that Conte wants to take it private.

In a word, "no".

In two words, "no, NO!" <g>

IMO, this company is not well managed enough for you to entrust your hard-earned money to.

The last couple of years, their business execution has been reactive, and they've run the company into the ground. It's been a series of hail-Mary passes into the end zone, and the last one was on fourth down. (e.g., shift to the focus on AIDS-related diarrhea, the funky funding of a few months ago, etc.).

However, if you have some cash that's burning a hole in your pocket, you're more than welcome to wire it to me (send me a PM for DTC et al), and I'll invest in a venture, one so interesting we're not going to disclose the details to anyone. <g>
