I don't think it would be completely private- more of a holding company shell owning the private company.

I never got past my first long third. I did trade it several times; overall probably breakeven if it goes to zero, which I think is what the market expects.

It's just one of those things where my gut reaction is to add during weakness, but the rational side says 'you're crazy'. I suppose a reverse split might be in order, to maintain NASDAQ listing, which would probably kill the stock. Otherwise, I don't mind holding another $100 worth of OTC/BB for a couple of years.
