I have read your prior answers TL and I understand your crusade against scam artists and promoters. I have no illusion that alya is a development company not yet ready for prime time. I just read klaw97 and his phylosophy. Basically he sees alya simply as the development company that it is. He took his tax loss and will get back in when the situation warrants. However, I don't understand why you have chosen to zero in against alya as some sort of scam. The company is merely demonstrating that they are making connections with major companies.

Here's an example of what I am talking about and also to illustrate that i have read your prior postings. You got all bent out of shape with the Oct news release on INTENT to do business with M. You focused on and insisted that intent does not mean shit (my word). No doubt the news release was a little rambuctious but that's inhenrent for the most part in all news releases whether bb or nyse.

OK, what's happened with that? I'll tell you. Alya has just released news tht they have completed 1 building for M in Europe and working 1 building in Chicago. You got your undies in a bunch because the news ws unsubstantiated by M. I also thought too much was omitted in the news. Why couldn't they have stated that the job was worth 30 and 70k respectively? Why couldn't they have stated clearly that 20 more M buildings in the chicago area will follow albeit 1 at a time as approved by M. Well you'll have to get the answer from M. But I understand the cost of doing business with Motorola and potential rewards. I also undrstand that time will iron out the difficulties in startup. You wailed no substantiation and intimated that alya probably did the work as a free demonstration. Basically you asked- How do we know that M will pay Alya? How do we know that the work was done? How do we kknow that motorola has buildings?

In summary, I have many of the same questions as you. And that's why I have taken a small positon at this time. However, I will buy more when some of your questions have been answered satisfacorily. I knew of this company several months ago but saw any investment as premature until recently. The time is now right for an initial investment. Whether it drops another dime or so is of no concern to me. Your continual harranging is also of no concern except that I find it too much too much too much too much too much too much too much too much too much too much.

<<<They have just finished exhibiting, supposedly jointly, with
Motorola, CSI and others their leading edge technology at the biggest HVAC
LONworks show in the U.S. Not one of these PR News releases has been
authenticated by any of the recognizable names they choose to associate themselves
with. >>>

Unreal TL, Do you really think that Mr. Mutimer would go as far as to fabricate a picture of the Honeywell booth. Go to alya homepage and check it out yourself. Can't vouch for the authenticity but there it is. A picture of alya product in what looks to be the Honeywell booth.
I may be crazy but I'm gullible enough to believe that the picture is of alya product in honeywell booth.
