Question now is what is a reasonable value.

My guess is 9~10. That would be about 25% below their average low forward PE.

So are you essentially suggesting what I fear CREAF management is engaging in, the cold-blooded deliberate trashing of their own stock? It is clear as a bell that they went out of their way to paint the bleakest picture of the future they could at the CC, with little or no guidance. They must have known this would be the response but they chose to do it anyway.

And you are saying likewise that they have chosen not to step in and support until it has hit rock bottom. Again a cold-blooded ruthless move with no thought of shareholder consideration. They seem to have decided that they can find no way of ever getting the value of the company to rise. But they are experts at destroying that value. It seems clear to me that Sim has deliberately chosen to try and get everyone to give up on the stock and write off the company. Maybe he hopes he can pull off another Lazarus imitation and get another BOY award from Singapore.

The question is, is this their plan and is this a legitimate and moral business strategy? Do they not owe the other shareholders any explanations? Why do these things always have to come as a surprise to us, with instantaneously disasterous results? And why does it keep happening over and over again? Even the analysts at the conference were shocked at the degree of pessimism the company showed. Why did we not get any warnings? Why do they think we have no rights? What is the right of a shareholder in this company, to simply be screwed by the management? If all shareholders simply give up and sell out, nothing will ever change.
