Good point except for one thing. The only person indicating that Talbot was going to sue was Martman. We already know that the information that he posted was wrong. In case you forgot It was him that indicated that Guidera had gone out of business. The posts that I read indicated that several people sold as a result of this post. You tell me does he have liability for p[osting information that was incorrect that resulted in people selling before they normally would and then the stock moves up. It is obvious that this guy has a problem. On the other hanh i quite frankly couldn't care less except he now believes that he has a licence to slander every one and I have a problem with that. This will be my last post about this individual. On a better note I have 26 days to my visit to the resort with my dad. It will be his fisrt vacation in 6 years since he went on dialysis. I will report back when I return.
