2 questions for the thread: 1) Yesterdays recommendations by Brent Hoddess included both PLAB and DPMI. Although I was disappointed not to see MASK, I figured that MASK is just too small and illiquid for his firm to recommend. Is this conclusion reasonable? 2) biz.yahoo.com I thought the OPC was interesting news. I know that OPC and phase shifted masks typically generate higher prices/margins, but I was also wondering if perhaps these techniques might result in more masks being needed than with existing techniques? Can OPC/PSM techiniques simply be used to "shrink" existing masks 1 to 1, or (due to some transformation limitations in what can be done with complex patterns) would several simpler masks need to be overlaid? regards
