Oh, couple of things to talk about on that.

First let's address your last observations.

The audit that produced the "going concern" comment was regarding the FY98 results and conditions which would have been as of June 30, 1998. Since then they've had some cash infusions and we certainly hope some significant sales have started to close now that the companies that follow a more conventional fiscal year have pretty well finalized their budgets.

The other - I would hardly consider the current offering as a "toxic convertible" as that implies a discounted convert. What we have here are some pretty stable investors, virtually all on a "no discount" basis and the majority of the shares are on a lockout that prevents them from being sold until the year 2000. There has obviously also been a fair amount of insider buying as well.

It appears you've got RADSL. My ISP (which is a very large one) was trying to get that in on some "dry pairs" a year ago but SW Bell cut them off at the last minute. That's OK - I can get about 46.6K on my x2 modem and on the rare occasions that my ISP is down for some reason I can just call a friend to make sure he's not using his Netcom and log into that.

The "RACE solution" for the consumer is not really available yet, their main product is Be There! which is a very secure remote access system incorporating full simultaneous interaction with the corporate PBX, LAN and FAX server. It's really a business oriented product that allows a person to carry around a "virtual desk" with them in their laptop computer but one can get cards for their home PC.

Have you gone through all of the website yet? It still can't explain what a true demo can show you but it does better than I can.
