Something in CC that has me thinking..

I don't know how many of you picked up on this but during the CC when V3 was being addressed, it was said that initially V3 was going to be a Q2 product, but the chipset was "more robust and better performing" than initially indicated. This one phrase REALLY keeps on sticking in my head. Tdfx is notorious for being conservative and quiet, and for a statement like that to be made can only bode for good things.

Think of how the graphics landscape would immediately change if they stated that V3 does 32bit. Even if it is more of a "catch phrase", it gives one less checkmark in TNT, ATI, etc... favor.

Just a thought.
