Ha, ha. Very funny. (Not). You can't be both a Georgia redneck and a Jew - - they are mutually exclusive. Ashkenazi Jews are not "swarthy" compared to Sephardic Jews, that's the whole point of the theory that they are converts ("Darkness at Noon," Arthur Koestler). I have known Ashkenazi Jews with blonde hair and blue eyes, and with red hair. Even if you are a Jew, no one kept you from becoming a Rabbi. The very idea. Jews love Rabbis like Catholics love priests. (I am Catholic.) It is my understanding that Orthodox Jews have an almost exclusive hold on the diamond trade because they can trust each other. After all, they "front" stones worth many thousands - - they allow the potential purchaser to inspect the merchandise before he buys it, and trust him to either pay for it or send it back. It's a version of the "Old Boy's Network," the world has a multitude of them. Persians don't have blue eyes, not even upper class Persians. They do have extremely white skin, but their hair and eyes are very dark. The main physical difference between upper class Persians and lower class Persians, aside from skin color, is size. Upper class Persians are not as large-boned. The women are delicate. Jesus' eyes were not blue, either. His hair was not blond. His mother's hair was not blonde. I am part German, French, Croatian, English, Cherokee and Chippewa. My hair and eyes are dark, but my skin is very white, at least where I don't get sun. I love to swim in the ocean, so in the summer I do get brown, but in the winter, like now, I am whiter than my husband, who is half German and half Scots-Irish. I use the whitest shade of foundation Clinique sells when I put on makeup, but I am a little sallow, so I use rouge. I think it is interesting that my coloring is very similar to that of Middle Eastern women and also to Chinese and Korean women.
