Well, Starr had to admit under pressure that there was no basis to Whitewater, Travelgate, or Vince Foster's murder. The judge threw out Paula Jones' case and ruled any testimony by Monica to be irrelevant in any case. Selective memory is the type of thing which causes people to believe in miracles or space aliens. They say a lot of prayers but only remember the ones that come true, or notice an animal has died when there was lightning the night before (even though there are many nights with lightning in which nothing unusual happened). The Radicals only remember the acusations.

Naturally he lies, delays, destroys evidence, and generally obstructs justice. When he doesn't he loses. Who wouldn't lie, delay, destroy evidence, and generally obstruct justice if that's what works? Conservatives are so naively principled.
