What mystifies me is why the Judge hasn't sanctioned the SOB and referred the matter to the Ark. Professional Conduct Committee. Bubba should at least lose his legal ticket. JLA

Although the false affidavit may have become a basis for reinstatement, it was actually a Supreme Court ruling on a similar case that said that retaliation need not be proven, it was enough if it were reasonably feared, that made it likely that the appeals court would reinstate.
