Kailash,

"This is very true but I have serious doubts the deal will go through. Athm will realize Xcit is a drag on their company and decouple."

My question for you is what exactly does ATHM bring to the party; XCIT has a vast, relatively sticky audience and provides the most important service of all, a user-friendly, knowledgeable gateway to the richness of the internet. There are a number of big, late-to-the-game players who would be willing to pay top dollar for this asset.

Regards,
Craig A. Anderson

Your opinion is incomprehensible to me after the CEO of AT&T has stated that he was personally involved in the acquisition negotiations.

Do you really think the CEO of AT&T makes snap judgments or changes his mind at a whim? If so you have a unique perspective.
