jhild, did you contact the company to find out the status of the merger/s? Do you know if they have or have not been completed? I would request again, that instead of debating, that you share some facts from The Source with us! Why do you put that responsibility on another person. Take control man, get the facts and post them here. I really think that we want to know more than you since we have invested our money in this company.

You are looking more and more like Rosie every day. It would not be in the best interests of the company to bend to YOUR feeble wishes. Without good reason, they are not going to do it. When it is proper and in the best interests of the company, it will be done, not before no matter how much YOU want it to be. As to the law, there is a lot more to the principle and its application than the definition you may find in your Funk and Wagnalls. You speak of shallowness of understanding ... lets have YOUR learned legal advice ... BTW, before you give anyone legal advice, do you have a Law License? You are again way over your head, but then you like to be there, don't you? Your last sentence sinks to the depths of misleading suggestion on your part. You know that I said nothing of the sort and your question suggesting the meaning of my post is irresponsible and completely irrelevant to my post.
