They had the PR before there was any significant drop in the stock price due to the very negative market conditions.

I agree that it's a weak news release, but it affirms to me that the NASDAQ deal must be very close. I think their strategy is to release lots of small NR's on a regular basis to keep the price above NASDAQ qualification levels. My theory only, take it for what it's worth ;)

And what would be your advice to Bid.com regarding news releases? Would it be better if they never released any news? Or would it only be appropriate to release news on a day when the stock is rising? The latter I'm sure you would have a problem with too!

Come on Kris, a compnay has to release news. Mr. Jordan may not be as BIG up here, but he is THE MAN in the States (in fact, I think he's BIGGER than Mr. PINK!!). Jordan's last shot IS important in the ole US of A.
