They had the PR before there was any significant drop in the stock price due to the very negative market conditions. I agree that it's a weak news release, but it affirms to me that the NASDAQ deal must be very close. I think their strategy is to release lots of small NR's on a regular basis to keep the price above NASDAQ qualification levels. My theory only, take it for what it's worth ;)

Come on Kris, a compnay has to release news. Mr. Jordan may not be as BIG up here, but he is THE MAN in the States (in fact, I think he's BIGGER than Mr. PINK!!). Jordan's last shot IS important in the ole US of A.
