Name calling? Any reader of my post can tell you that I did nothing of the sort. I bow to your masterful command in that area. As to Ultra Vires, my bookshelf contains a 423 page text on the subject. You can find it in any good law library and feel free to go to such a place. You will be amazed at the amount of knowledge contained there. I am not here to educate you, simply to allow others on here to know the true failings of your arguments. You actually have the wherewhatever to say <<<awfully short at ever explaining the basis of your assertions.>>> Is that a self admission on your part? Transferrance perhaps? But since my rationale is so lacking, perhaps you can expound on the real substance of the law. Again, the rest of your post is irresponsible, irrelevant, and oh so typical of your style.
