re: Intel 300mm fab

I'm curious as to how many steppers and/or scanners are required to equip a new fab such as Intel's proposed 300mm fab in Oregon? I'm sure it depends on planned production levels and such, but is there an "average" or ballpark number? This has probably been discussed before.
