NASDAQ requires a full 3 year audit , if BII has applied to Nasdaq ( which I think is unlikely ) they have all the financial info. needed to release. The chicken and the egg, if they have applied to Nasdaq they have data .If they have the data why not announce?? If they don't have the data then they haven't applied. I will make one prediction( which I try to avoid) BII will not get to NASDAQ untii 3rd qtr. 99. If ever.
